These Terms & Conditions govern the reservation and stay at Maison C (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”).
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Confirmation of the booking and/or payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations are made for a fixed period.
A minimum stay of 2 nights may apply depending on the season.
During the high season (June, July, August, and September), a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
Guests may not claim any right to remain in the property beyond the agreed departure date.
All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes.
Rates may be adjusted at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.
The total amount of the stay is payable in full at the time of booking.
By booking directly through our website, guests benefit from the best available rates, with no additional platform fees.
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
It amounts to €4.00 per person per night, in accordance with the regulations of the city of Nice.
This tax is payable on arrival and is collected on behalf of the local authorities.
A security deposit is required to cover any potential damages to the property or its contents.
For stays of one week, a minimum deposit of €300 applies. The amount may vary depending on the duration of stay.
The deposit must be paid upon arrival. It will be refunded within a reasonable period after departure, provided that no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required.
The owner reserves the right to deduct any costs for damages or additional cleaning from the deposit.

All payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
We understand that plans may change.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (low season: from October untill May)
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival (high season: from Juin untill September)
After these periods, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount remains due.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email).
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, Maison C reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation.
In such cases, guests will be informed as soon as possible and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please inform us in advance in case of late arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Each property has a maximum capacity (2 guests for the Vineyard Retreat and 4 guests for the Alpine Apartment, unless otherwise agreed).
Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property.
Maison C reserves the right to refuse additional guests beyond the agreed capacity. This will not be considered a cancellation by the host and no refund will be granted.
Subletting or transferring the reservation is not permitted.
Maison C is a place dedicated to calm and relaxation.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Failure to respect these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation without compensation.
Guests use all facilities, including the swimming pool, at their own risk.
Maison C cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the property.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Maison C declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
Guests are required to have personal liability insurance covering any damage they may cause during their stay.
Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the management of your stay.
In accordance with GDPR regulations, guests have the right to access, modify or delete their personal data upon written request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, guests are invited to contact Maison C directly to seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
Maison C reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of booking.
